Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field: A Strong Foundation In Engineering Principles And Concepts Is Essential For A Test & Evaluation Engineer At Boeing. This Degree Can Be In Areas Such As Aerospace, Electrical, Mechanical, Or Systems Engineering.
Experience With Testing And Evaluation Processes: Candidates Should Have Hands-On Experience In Designing, Planning, And Executing Tests, As Well As Analyzing And Interpreting Test Data. Familiarity With Testing Standards And Regulations Is Also Important.
