Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or Related Field: A Strong Educational Foundation In Engineering Is Necessary For A Test & Evaluation Engineer Job At Boeing. A Degree In Mechanical, Electrical, Or Aerospace Engineering Is Preferred.

  • Knowledge Of Test And Evaluation Methods: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Solid Understanding Of Various Test And Evaluation Methods, Such As Environmental Testing, System Integration Testing, And Acceptance Testing.

  • Experience With Aerospace Systems: Prior Experience Working With Aircraft, Spacecraft, Or Other Aerospace Systems Is Highly Desired For A Test & Evaluation Engineer Role At Boeing. This Includes Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulations.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: Test & Evaluation Engineers Are Responsible For Identifying And Troubleshooting Issues With Aerospace Systems. Therefore, Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills Are Essential For This Role.

  • Attention To Detail: The Ability To Pay Close Attention To Detail Is Crucial For A Test & Evaluation Engineer At Boeing. This Includes Accurately Recording And Analyzing Test Data, As Well As Identifying Potential Issues Or Discrepancies In The Testing Process.
