  4. Collaborate with engineers and other team members to identify and troubleshoot any issues.
  5. Maintain and update test flight procedures and protocols.
  6. Monitor and report any changes or improvements needed for the aircraft.
  7. Follow all safety protocols and procedures during test flights.
  8. Maintain and ensure all aircraft are in optimal condition for testing.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in aviation technology.
  10. Provide training and mentorship to junior test pilots.
  11. Communicate effectively with other team members and provide constructive feedback for improvements.
  12. Represent Boeing in a professional and positive manner during test flights and public events.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Flight Experience: A Test Pilot At Boeing Must Have A Minimum Of 2,000 Flight Hours As A Pilot-In-Command In High-Performance Aircraft.

  • Technical Knowledge: The Candidate Should Possess A Strong Understanding Of Aerodynamics, Aircraft Systems, And Flight Test Procedures.
