  1. Conduct and oversee tests on various aircraft components and systems, following established procedures and safety protocols.
  2. Analyze and interpret test data, identifying any issues or abnormalities and reporting them to the appropriate personnel.
  3. Maintain and calibrate testing equipment to ensure accurate and reliable results.
  4. Collaborate with engineers and other team members to develop and improve testing processes and procedures.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during testing.
  6. Keep detailed records of all tests and results, ensuring accurate documentation for future reference.
  7. Adhere to strict quality standards and regulations set by the company and relevant governing bodies.
  8. Continuously stay updated on industry advancements and technologies to improve testing methods.
  9. Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth testing operations.
  10. Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment at all times.
  11. Proactively identify potential problems and propose solutions to improve testing efficiency and accuracy.
  12. Train and mentor new technicians on testing procedures and protocols.
  13. Participate in design reviews and provide feedback on potential testing challenges or improvements.
  14. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and accuracy of materials needed for testing.
  15. Uphold the values and reputation of the company by maintaining a professional and positive attitude at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Testing And Troubleshooting Electronic Systems.

  • Knowledge And Experience With Test Equipment And Software Such As Oscilloscopes, Multimeters, And Labview.

  • Familiarity With Industry Standards And Regulations, Such As Faa Regulations And Mil-Std.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot Complex Systems And Identify Root Causes Of Issues.
