  1. Oversee the daily operations of the biologics development lab, ensuring all activities are carried out in accordance with company standards and protocols.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to optimize lab efficiency and productivity, while maintaining high quality standards.
  3. Manage a team of lab technicians and scientists, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of lab operations with other departments.
  5. Monitor and manage lab resources, including equipment, supplies, and budget, to ensure smooth operations and cost-effectiveness.
  6. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Scientific Field (E.g. Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology)

  • At Least 8 Years Of Experience In A Biologics Development Laboratory Setting

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Previous Experience Managing A Team

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of Cgmp Regulations And Guidelines

  • Experience With Project Management And Strategic Planning In A Biopharmaceutical Environment.
