- Lead and oversee all aspects of clinical data management activities within the company.
- Provide strategic direction and guidance to the clinical data management team.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards for data management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data management plans for clinical trials.
- Establish and maintain data management processes and procedures.
- Develop and maintain data management timelines and budgets.
- Identify and implement innovative solutions to optimize data management processes.
- Mentor and train team members on data management best practices.
- Monitor data quality and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
- Ensure timely and accurate data delivery for analysis and reporting.
- Communicate data management status, issues, and risks to relevant stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in data management.
- Participate in the selection and management of external vendors for data management services.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of data management SOPs.
- Enhance and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including study teams, investigators, and external partners.
Minimum Of 10 Years Experience In Clinical Data Management, Preferably In A Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Company.
Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Manage And Develop A Team Of Data Management Professionals.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulations Related To Clinical Data Management, Such As Cdisc And Fda Guidelines.
Proficiency In Various Data Management Systems And Tools, Including Edc, Clinical Data Repositories, And Data Visualization Software.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And External Partners.
