Job Qualifications
  • A Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Scientific Field, Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Pharmaceutical Sciences.

  • At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Research And Development Role, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Industry.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Design And Conduct Experiments, Analyze Data, And Draw Conclusions.

  • Knowledge Of And Experience With A Variety Of Scientific Techniques And Equipment, Including But Not Limited To: Cell Culture, Pcr, Elisa, And Hplc.

  • Excellent Communication And Teamwork Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Research Findings To Both Technical And Non-Technical Audiences.
