  1. Design and develop automated systems and processes to support compliance efforts.
  2. Ensure that all automated systems and processes meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify compliance needs and develop solutions.
  4. Conduct risk assessments and implement appropriate controls to mitigate compliance risks.
  5. Conduct audits and inspections to assess compliance with regulatory requirements.
  6. Monitor and analyze data from automated systems to identify and address any compliance issues.
  7. Develop and maintain documentation, such as standard operating procedures and work instructions, for all automated systems and processes.
  8. Keep up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and guidelines related to automation and compliance.
  9. Train and educate team members on compliance requirements and best practices for automation.
  10. Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains in compliance-related activities.
  11. Collaborate with external vendors and contractors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  12. Participate in project teams to provide input and guidance on compliance-related matters.
  13. Communicate and report on compliance status and progress to management and relevant stakeholders.
  14. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and ethical standards.
  15. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information related to compliance activities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Automation And Compliance Within The Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Industry.

  • Knowledge Of Relevant Regulations And Standards Such As Fda, Cgmp, And Ich.

  • Experience With Automation Systems And Equipment, Including Plcs, Scada, And Hmi.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Implement Process Improvements For Compliance And Efficiency.
