- Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to ensure the efficient and effective operation of our facilities.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures for the CMMS to ensure consistency and accuracy in maintenance processes.
- Regularly review and assess the functionality and performance of the CMMS, identifying areas for improvement and making necessary adjustments.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the CMMS meets the needs of various departments and functions within the organization.
- Train employees on the use of the CMMS and provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance.
- Collaborate with vendors and external partners to ensure the timely resolution of any technical issues or system updates.
- Conduct regular audits of the CMMS data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Analyze maintenance data and metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to the CMMS, including user guides, training materials, and system configurations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in CMMS technology to continuously improve and optimize our system.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and guidelines related to CMMS and maintenance activities.
- Provide regular reports and updates on CMMS performance and maintenance activities to management.
- Participate in departmental and cross-functional meetings and initiatives as a subject matter expert on CMMS.
- Continuously seek out opportunities to improve and streamline maintenance processes and procedures through the use of the CMMS.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience Working With Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (Cmms) In A Pharmaceutical Or Manufacturing Environment.
Proficient In Programming Languages Such As Sql, Java, And Python.
Strong Understanding Of Maintenance Processes And Procedures, As Well As Experience With Asset Management And Tracking.
Ability To Work Independently And Collaboratively, With Excellent Problem-Solving And Communication Skills.
