- Develop and execute communication strategies to effectively communicate financial and governance information to key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and investor relations, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging.
- Act as a key spokesperson for the company on financial and governance matters, both internally and externally.
- Proactively identify potential communication risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Manage and oversee the production of financial and governance communication materials, including annual reports, investor presentations, and press releases.
- Monitor and analyze industry trends and competitive landscape to inform communication strategies and messaging.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key media outlets and reporters to ensure accurate and positive coverage of the company's financial and governance activities.
- Work closely with senior leadership to develop and communicate key messages and narratives related to financial and governance topics.
- Lead crisis communication efforts related to financial and governance matters, in partnership with the crisis management team.
- Stay informed of regulatory and compliance requirements related to financial and governance communications and ensure all materials adhere to these guidelines.
- Provide guidance and support to local and regional communication teams to ensure consistency in messaging and alignment with global communication strategies.
- Manage and mentor a team of communication professionals, providing guidance and development opportunities to support their growth and success.
- Continuously evaluate and improve communication strategies and tactics to drive engagement and understanding of the company's financial and governance activities.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote the company's financial and governance initiatives and enhance its reputation within the healthcare industry.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback and insights on communication efforts and use this feedback to inform future strategies.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Communications, Public Relations, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Corporate Communications, With At Least 5 Years In A Leadership Role.
Strong Understanding Of Financial And Governance Communications, Including Experience With Sec Filings, Shareholder Meetings, And Crisis Communications.
Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Financial Information To Both Internal And External Stakeholders.
Experience In The Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Industry, With A Strong Understanding Of Industry Regulations And Compliance Requirements.
