  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive omnichannel marketing strategy for Bristol-Myers Squibb, aligned with business goals and objectives.
  2. Lead cross-functional teams to execute the omnichannel strategy, collaborating with key stakeholders across marketing, sales, and other departments.
  3. Conduct market analysis and research to identify trends and insights that will inform the omnichannel strategy and drive business growth.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Omnichannel Marketing Strategy, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Industry.

  • Demonstrated Expertise In Developing And Executing Successful Omnichannel Marketing Campaigns Across Various Channels (E.g. Digital, Print, Social Media).

  • Strong Analytical And Data-Driven Mindset With Experience In Utilizing Data And Insights To Inform Omnichannel Strategies.

  • Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Influence Cross-Functional Teams To Drive Alignment And Execution Of Omnichannel Initiatives.
