  1. Lead the design and development of ECQ systems in accordance with company standards and regulations.
  2. Oversee the implementation and integration of ECQ systems across all company facilities.
  3. Ensure that ECQ systems are compliant with industry standards and regulations, such as FDA and GMP.
  4. Manage a team of engineers and technicians to effectively execute projects and meet deadlines.
  5. Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and schedules.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address any technical issues or challenges.
  7. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure the integrity and effectiveness of ECQ systems.
  8. Provide technical guidance and support to other departments, including Manufacturing, Quality, and Maintenance.
  9. Continuously evaluate and improve ECQ systems to increase efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
  10. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of equipment and materials.
  11. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in ECQ systems to recommend and implement improvements.
  12. Communicate project status, risks, and issues to upper management and stakeholders.
  13. Mentor and train junior engineers to develop their skills and knowledge in ECQ systems.
  14. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field, With A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Engineering Project Management And Leadership.

  • Extensive Knowledge And Experience In The Design, Development, And Implementation Of Engineering Change Control Processes And Systems.

  • Strong Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements And Industry Standards Related To Engineering Change Management In The Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Industry.

  • Proven Experience In Leading Cross-Functional Teams And Collaborating With Stakeholders At All Levels To Successfully Implement Engineering Change Initiatives.

  • Excellent Communication, Problem-Solving, And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
