- Provide guidance and support to HR team members on communication strategies and tactics.

- Uphold and promote the company's mission, values, and brand in all internal communications efforts.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Communications, Human Resources, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Hr Communications, Preferably In A Corporate Or Pharmaceutical Industry Setting.
Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Convey Complex Information To Various Audiences.
Strong Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
Knowledge Of Hr Policies And Procedures, As Well As Experience With Internal And External Communication Strategies And Channels.
