  4. Monitor and measure the effectiveness of internal communications efforts and make recommendations for improvements.

  6. Serve as a liaison between HR and other departments to gather information and insights for communication materials.
  7. Plan and execute internal events and initiatives to promote employee engagement and foster a positive company culture.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  9. Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in HR communications to continually improve and innovate.
  10. Provide guidance and support to HR team members on communication strategies and tactics.
  11. Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient and effective use of company resources.
  12. Uphold and promote the company's mission, values, and brand in all internal communications efforts.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Communications, Human Resources, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Hr Communications, Preferably In A Corporate Or Pharmaceutical Industry Setting.

  • Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Convey Complex Information To Various Audiences.

  • Strong Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.

  • Knowledge Of Hr Policies And Procedures, As Well As Experience With Internal And External Communication Strategies And Channels.
