- Conduct and oversee microbiology research and experiments to support the discovery and development of new medicines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute microbiology studies, ensuring that they meet regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Analyze and interpret microbiology data, generate reports, and present findings to internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and validate microbiological assays and methods to support drug development.

- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in microbiology, providing guidance and expertise to colleagues across the company.
Advanced Degree In Microbiology Or Related Field, Such As Molecular Biology Or Biochemistry.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role In A Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Company, Preferably In The Field Of Microbiology.
Extensive Knowledge Of Microbiological Techniques And Methods, Including Aseptic Techniques, Microbial Identification, And Microbial Culture Methods.
Strong Understanding Of Current Regulatory Requirements For Microbiology In The Pharmaceutical Industry, Including Usp, Fda, And Eu Guidelines.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing Teams, As Well As Developing And Implementing Innovative Strategies In The Field Of Microbiology.
