  11. Communicate effectively with team members and other stakeholders throughout the investigation process.
  12. Represent the Investigations Team in meetings and presentations as needed.
  13. Adhere to Bristol-Myers Squibb's code of conduct and ethical standards at all times.
  14. Demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering safe and high-quality pharmaceutical products to patients.
  15. Act as a mentor and resource for junior team members, providing guidance and support as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Scientific Field Such As Chemistry, Biology, Or Engineering

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Industry, With A Focus On Investigations And Problem-Solving

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Good Manufacturing Practices (Gmps) And Regulatory Requirements

  • Proven Track Record Of Conducting Thorough And Effective Investigations, Identifying Root Causes, And Implementing Corrective And Preventive Actions

  • Excellent Communication Skills And Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, And R&D Departments.
