  1. Conduct flow cytometry experiments and analyze data to support drug discovery and development projects.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute flow cytometry assays and experiments.
  3. Maintain and troubleshoot flow cytometry equipment to ensure accurate and reliable results.
  4. Stay current with the latest developments in flow cytometry technology and techniques.
  5. Develop and implement new flow cytometry methods and protocols to improve efficiency and quality of data.
  6. Document experimental procedures, data, and results in a clear and organized manner.
  7. Present findings to internal and external stakeholders in a professional and informative manner.
  8. Contribute to the development of new drug candidates by providing flow cytometry expertise and insights.
  9. Manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks to meet deadlines and project goals.
  10. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while working in the laboratory.
  11. Mentor and train junior scientists on flow cytometry techniques and equipment.

Job Qualifications
  • A Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Scientific Field, Such As Biology, Biochemistry, Or Immunology.

  • At Least 3 Years Of Experience Working In A Flow Cytometry Core Facility, With A Strong Understanding Of Flow Cytometry Principles, Instrumentation, And Data Analysis.

  • Proficiency In Operating And Troubleshooting Various Flow Cytometry Platforms, Including Cell Sorters And Analyzers.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Present Data To Colleagues And Management.

  • A Strong Track Record Of Independently Designing And Executing Experiments, As Well As Analyzing And Interpreting Complex Flow Cytometry Data To Drive Scientific Discovery And Support Drug Development.
