  1. Design and plan clinical trials in accordance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop clinical trial protocols and study plans.
  3. Oversee the execution of clinical trials, including monitoring study progress, data collection, and analysis.
  4. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and guidelines throughout the clinical trial process.
  5. Analyze and interpret clinical trial data to support decision making and product development.
  6. Participate in the preparation of study reports and regulatory submissions.
  7. Provide scientific expertise and support to internal teams and external partners.
  8. Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in the field of biopharmaceuticals and apply new knowledge to clinical trial design and execution.
  9. Mentor and train junior team members on clinical research processes and procedures.
  10. Represent the company at scientific conferences and meetings, presenting data and results from clinical trials.
  11. Continuously evaluate and improve clinical trial processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In The Field Of Life Sciences, Such As A Phd Or Pharmd.

  • Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Experience In Clinical Research, Preferably In A Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Company.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Fda Regulations And Guidelines Related To Clinical Trials And Drug Development.

  • Experience Leading And Managing Cross-Functional Teams, As Well As Mentoring And Developing Junior Staff.

  • Excellent Communication Skills, Including The Ability To Present Complex Scientific Data To A Variety Of Stakeholders.
