  1. Lead the Corporate Treasury team and oversee all financial asset and liability management activities for Bristol-Myers Squibb.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to efficiently and effectively utilize the company's financial resources.
  3. Monitor and analyze market trends and economic conditions to make informed financial decisions.
  4. Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and internal policies.
  5. Collaborate with other departments, such as Finance and Legal, to support the company's overall financial objectives.
  6. Manage relationships with external financial institutions and partners.
  7. Oversee cash flow forecasting and reporting to support business planning and decision making.
  8. Develop and maintain financial risk management strategies, including foreign exchange and interest rate risk management.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in treasury operations.
  10. Lead and mentor team members to foster a high-performing and collaborative work environment.
  11. Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and other stakeholders.
  12. Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in treasury operations.
