- Develop and implement operational excellence strategies and initiatives to drive continuous improvement across the organization.
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address them.
- Analyze processes, systems, and data to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for optimization.
- Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful implementation of improvement initiatives.
- Train and coach team members on operational excellence principles and tools.
- Monitor and measure progress of improvement initiatives, track key performance indicators, and report on results to senior management.
- Proactively identify and address potential roadblocks or challenges to ensure successful implementation of improvement initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in operational excellence and incorporate them into the organization's strategies.
- Communicate and promote a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.
- Participate in the development and implementation of company-wide operational excellence standards and methodologies.
- Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure compliance with operational excellence standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement process improvement projects.
- Act as a change agent by promoting a culture of continuous improvement and encouraging innovation and new ideas.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to drive operational excellence initiatives.
- Manage and allocate resources effectively to support operational excellence projects.
Extensive Experience In Operational Excellence: A Senior Manager At Bristol-Myers Squibb Must Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Driving Operational Excellence Initiatives Within A Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Company. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Implementing Process Improvements And Driving Operational Efficiency.
Strong Leadership Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Exceptional Leadership Skills And Be Able To Effectively Lead Cross-Functional Teams To Achieve Operational Excellence Goals. They Should Also Have Experience In Managing And Developing A Team Of Operational Excellence Professionals.
