  1. Oversee and manage all aspects of cell therapy manufacturing, including production, quality control, and process improvement.
  2. Lead and mentor a team of junior manufacturing associates, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of manufacturing processes.
  3. Develop and implement innovative strategies to improve production efficiency and optimize manufacturing processes.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including research and development, quality assurance, and regulatory affairs, to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  5. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to foster their professional growth and development.
  6. Monitor and analyze manufacturing data to identify trends and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during production.
  7. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and adherence to quality standards.
  8. Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and trends in cell therapy manufacturing, and incorporate new technologies and techniques into production processes.
  9. Act as a liaison between the manufacturing team and upper management, providing regular updates and reports on production progress and performance.
  10. Collaborate with supply chain and procurement teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and equipment necessary for production.
  11. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all team members.
  12. Represent the company at conferences, meetings, and events related to cell therapy manufacturing to promote the company's brand and expertise in the field.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Biology, Chemistry, Or A Related Field

  • At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Manufacturing Cell Therapy Products

  • Strong Understanding Of Cgmp Regulations And Fda Guidelines

  • Experience With Aseptic Techniques And Cleanroom Operations

  • Ability To Train And Mentor Junior Associates In Manufacturing Processes And Procedures.
