  1. Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for the dermatology portfolio in alignment with company objectives.
  2. Serve as a subject matter expert on dermatology, providing insights and guidance to cross-functional teams.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify key trends and opportunities in the dermatology field.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and patient advocacy groups in the dermatology community.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of marketing and promotional activities for the dermatology portfolio.
  6. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments in the dermatology field.
  7. Prepare and deliver presentations on dermatology products and disease states to internal and external stakeholders.
  8. Provide training and support to sales teams, ensuring a thorough understanding of product information and disease state knowledge.
  9. Represent the company at conferences, symposiums, and other scientific meetings to support product awareness and education.
  10. Contribute to the development and execution of clinical trials and other research initiatives in dermatology.
  11. Stay up-to-date on current and emerging treatments, technologies, and best practices in the dermatology field.
  12. Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and their clinical data, as well as competitor products and market dynamics.
  13. Comply with all company policies, procedures, and regulations, including but not limited to those related to ethics and compliance.
  14. Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members, sharing knowledge and expertise in the field of dermatology.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Or Nursing.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Pharmaceutical Sales, With At Least 3 Years In A Dermatology Therapeutic Area.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Dermatology Disease States, Treatments, And Market Trends.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Promoting And Selling Pharmaceutical Products, With A Strong Understanding Of The Sales Process.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Educate And Influence Healthcare Professionals.
