  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive global strategy for Neuroscience programs at Bristol-Myers Squibb.
  2. Lead and oversee all aspects of the Neuroscience program, including research, development, and commercialization.
  3. Provide strategic direction and guidance to cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of the Neuroscience program.
  4. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify new opportunities for innovation and growth within the Neuroscience field.
  5. Monitor and analyze industry trends and competitor activities to inform decision making and ensure the competitive positioning of the Neuroscience program.
  6. Manage and allocate resources effectively to drive the success of the Neuroscience program.
  7. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the Neuroscience program team.

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Industry, With At Least 5 Years In A Leadership Role.
