
ADG Administrator

As an ADG Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Airworthiness Directive Group (ADG) team, ensuring the safe and compliant operation of our aircraft. - Provide administrative support to the Airworthiness Directive Group (ADG) team.
- Ensure compliance with all regulations and procedures related to aircraft maintenance and airworthiness.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all ADG activities.
- Assist with the coordination and scheduling of aircraft maintenance tasks.
- Monitor and track compliance with Airworthiness Directives (ADs) and Service Bulletins (SBs).
- Communicate effectively with internal departments and external partners to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks.
- Prepare reports and presentations on ADG activities and compliance.
- Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and best practices related to airworthiness.
- Identify and report any potential safety issues to the appropriate personnel.
- Collaborate with the ADG team to continuously improve processes and procedures.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service when interacting with colleagues and external partners.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills related to aircraft maintenance and airworthiness.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Aviation Industry, Preferably In A Regulatory Compliance Role.
Strong Knowledge Of Applicable Laws And Regulations Related To Aviation Safety And Security, Including Adg Regulations.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Implementing Compliance Programs In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.
