  14. Participate in recruitment, hiring, and training of new customer service team members.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Customer Service Management, Preferably In The Aviation Industry.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Management Or Related Field.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Developing A Team Of Customer Service Professionals.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Engage And Collaborate With Customers, Employees, And Stakeholders.

  • Extensive Knowledge And Understanding Of Customer Service Processes And Procedures, Including Managing Customer Inquiries, Complaints, And Escalations.
