Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Customer Service Management, Preferably In The Aviation Industry.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Management Or Related Field.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Developing A Team Of Customer Service Professionals.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Engage And Collaborate With Customers, Employees, And Stakeholders.
