Job Description

  1. Provide exceptional customer service to passengers throughout their journey, including greeting them upon boarding and assisting with any needs or requests.
  2. Ensure the safety and security of all passengers by following all safety procedures and regulations.
  3. Perform pre-flight and post-flight checks to ensure the aircraft is prepared for departure and arrival.
  4. Demonstrate excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with passengers and fellow crew members.
  5. Serve meals, beverages, and snacks according to established procedures and handle any special dietary requests or accommodations.
  6. Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the cabin, including restocking supplies and cleaning up after meals.
  7. Handle any emergency situations that may arise during the flight, including medical emergencies, turbulence, or other unexpected events.
  8. Keep accurate records of passenger information, including special requests, complaints, and incidents.
  9. Continuously monitor and assist passengers with their needs, including providing information about the flight, destination, and connecting flights.
  10. Attend regular training sessions to stay up-to-date on safety procedures, customer service techniques, and any other relevant information.
  11. Work collaboratively with fellow cabin crew members and other airline staff to ensure a smooth and efficient flight experience for passengers.
  12. Demonstrate a positive, professional attitude and uphold the values and standards of British Airways at all times.
  13. Be willing to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and be able to adapt to changing schedules and routes.
  14. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including dress code, grooming standards, and attendance requirements.
  15. Represent British Airways as a brand ambassador and provide a warm and welcoming experience for all passengers.
