- Perform pre-flight and post-flight checks to ensure the aircraft is prepared for departure and arrival.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with passengers and fellow crew members.
- Serve meals, beverages, and snacks according to established procedures and handle any special dietary requests or accommodations.
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the cabin, including restocking supplies and cleaning up after meals.
- Handle any emergency situations that may arise during the flight, including medical emergencies, turbulence, or other unexpected events.
- Keep accurate records of passenger information, including special requests, complaints, and incidents.
- Continuously monitor and assist passengers with their needs, including providing information about the flight, destination, and connecting flights.
- Attend regular training sessions to stay up-to-date on safety procedures, customer service techniques, and any other relevant information.
- Work collaboratively with fellow cabin crew members and other airline staff to ensure a smooth and efficient flight experience for passengers.
- Demonstrate a positive, professional attitude and uphold the values and standards of British Airways at all times.
- Be willing to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and be able to adapt to changing schedules and routes.
