  1. Greet and welcome Spanish-speaking customers at check-in, boarding gates, and other touchpoints throughout their journey with British Airways.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any inquiries, concerns, or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking customers to ensure a seamless and enjoyable travel experience.
  4. Proactively assist customers with their travel needs, including booking flights, making changes to reservations, and providing information on flight schedules, policies, and procedures.
  5. Demonstrate extensive knowledge of British Airways products, services, and policies to accurately answer customer questions and provide recommendations.
  6. Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  7. Collaborate with other team members to maintain a high level of customer service and ensure a smooth operation.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and customer preferences to continuously improve the customer experience.
  9. Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting teamwork, diversity, and a strong work ethic.
  10. Adhere to all safety and security regulations and procedures to ensure the safety of customers, colleagues, and the airline's assets.

Job Qualifications
  • Fluency In Spanish: As A Spanish-Speaking Customer Experience Representative At British Airways, It Is Essential To Have A Strong Command Of The Spanish Language To Effectively Communicate With Spanish-Speaking Customers. This Includes Being Able To Understand And Respond To Inquiries, Complaints, And Feedback In A Clear And Professional Manner.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: A Customer Experience Representative Must Have Excellent Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written, To Effectively Convey Information And Resolve Issues For Customers. This Includes The Ability To Listen Actively, Empathize With Customers, And Provide Clear And Concise Responses.

  • Customer Service Experience: Previous Experience In A Customer Service Role Is Highly Desirable For This Position. This Could Include Experience In A Call Center, Retail, Or Hospitality Industry. A Strong Understanding Of Customer Service Principles And The Ability To Handle Customer Inquiries And Complaints With Professionalism And Empathy Is Crucial.

  • Knowledge Of Airline Industry: While Not A Requirement, Having Knowledge Of The Airline Industry And British Airways Specifically Can Be An Advantage. This Includes Understanding Airline Policies And Procedures, Flight Schedules, And Frequent Flyer Programs. It Also Demonstrates A Strong Interest And Commitment To The Role.

  • Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced Environment: Working At British Airways As A Customer Experience Representative Requires The Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.
