Job Description

At British Airways, we are looking for an experienced and passionate Customer Service Advisor to join our Customer Service team. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will act as the primary point of contact for customers and provide them with the highest level of customer service. You will be responsible for responding to customer enquiries, resolving customer issues, and providing general customer service support.To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, an ability to remain calm under pressure, and a customer-focused attitude. You must also be highly organized and have the ability to multitask. Previous experience in customer service and a proven track record of providing outstanding customer service is highly desirable.If you have a passion for customer service, an ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations, and a desire to exceed customer expectations, we would love to hear from you.
