- Prepare and present reports and recommendations to senior management on the status of cybersecurity.
- Manage and mentor junior team members and provide guidance on cybersecurity best practices.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies and regulations.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance cybersecurity processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to other departments on cybersecurity matters.
Extensive Knowledge Of Cyber Security Principles, Protocols, And Best Practices: The Cyber Delivery Assurance Principal Must Have A Deep Understanding Of Cyber Security Concepts And Be Able To Apply Them Effectively To Protect British Airways' Digital Assets.
Experience In Delivering Cyber Security Projects On A Large Scale: This Role Requires A Candidate With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Delivering Cyber Security Projects, Preferably In A Complex Organizational Setting.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills: As A Senior Member Of The Cyber Security Team, The Cyber Delivery Assurance Principal Must Possess Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
Familiarity With Regulatory Compliance Requirements: British Airways Operates In A Highly Regulated Industry, And The Cyber Delivery Assurance Principal Must Have A Thorough Understanding Of Relevant Regulations And Compliance Requirements, Such As Gdpr And Pci Dss.
