  3. Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking procedures.

  5. Update and maintain accurate passenger information in the airline's systems.
  6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless travel experience for passengers.
  7. Adhere to all safety and security protocols and procedures.
  8. Handle any special requests or accommodations for passengers, such as wheelchair assistance or dietary restrictions.
  9. Stay up-to-date on all airline policies and procedures to provide accurate information to passengers.
  10. Assist with any other duties or tasks as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Experience In Customer Service Or A Related Field, Preferably In The Airline Industry.

  • Proficient Computer Skills And Knowledge Of Reservation Systems And Other Relevant Software.
