Job Description

British Airways is seeking a talented and dedicated Talent Co-Ordinator to join our Human Resources team. As a Talent Co-Ordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process and helping to ensure that high-calibre candidates are identified and hired.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Human Resources, recruitment and/or Talent Acquisition. You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and demonstrate a commitment to providing excellent customer service. An ability to analyse and interpret data will be essential, as will a proven track record of working effectively in a fast-paced and changing environment.We’re looking for someone with a passion for helping our organisation find and secure the best talent, and who is excited by the prospect of developing a career in Human Resources.
