Extensive Experience In Managing Large-Scale Transformation Programmes In The Airline Industry, Preferably With Previous Experience At British Airways Or A Similar Major Airline.
Proven Track Record In Successfully Delivering Complex Projects On Time And Within Budget, With A Strong Focus On Driving Business Outcomes And Delivering Measurable Results.
Excellent Leadership And People Management Skills, With The Ability To Lead And Motivate Cross-Functional Teams To Achieve Common Goals And Objectives.
In-Depth Knowledge And Understanding Of Airline Business Processes, Systems And Technologies, Including Reservations, Revenue Management, And Operational Systems.
Strong Communication And Stakeholder Management Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Engage And Influence Key Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization, Including Senior Management, To Gain Buy-In And Support For The Transformation Programme.
