1. Conduct quantity surveys and cost estimates for T&D projects in accordance with company standards and procedures.
2. Collaborate with project managers and engineers to review and analyze project plans and specifications.
3. Create detailed take-offs and cost breakdowns for materials, labor, and equipment.
4. Prepare and maintain accurate project cost reports and forecasts.
5. Monitor project budgets and identify potential cost-saving measures.
6. Ensure compliance with contract documents and identify any discrepancies.
7. Communicate with vendors, subcontractors, and clients to obtain cost information and negotiate pricing.
8. Assist in the preparation of bids and proposals.
