- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and project management, to ensure alignment of business development efforts.

- Track and analyze business development metrics and provide regular reports to senior management on progress and results.

- Continuously evaluate and improve business development processes and strategies to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
- Represent the company's values and culture in all interactions with clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless transition from business development to project execution.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the company and fostering a positive work environment.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Identifying And Securing New Business Opportunities.
Strong Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Stakeholders.
Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Business Development, Preferably In The Engineering Or Construction Industry.
Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Abilities, With A Deep Understanding Of Market Trends And Competition.
