  1. Develop and implement business development strategies to drive the growth of the company.
  2. Identify potential clients and cultivate strong relationships to expand the company's client base.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends and identify new business opportunities.
  4. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and project management, to ensure alignment of business development efforts.
  5. Lead and mentor a team of business development professionals to achieve their goals and objectives.
  6. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's services, capabilities, and competitive advantages.
  7. Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company and build relationships with potential clients.
  8. Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients, showcasing the company's capabilities and value proposition.
  9. Maintain a thorough knowledge of the company's financial goals and work towards achieving them through successful business development efforts.
  10. Track and analyze business development metrics and provide regular reports to senior management on progress and results.
  11. Stay updated on industry regulations and changes that may impact the company's business development efforts.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve business development processes and strategies to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
  13. Represent the company's values and culture in all interactions with clients and stakeholders.
  14. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless transition from business development to project execution.
  15. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the company and fostering a positive work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Identifying And Securing New Business Opportunities.

  • Strong Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Stakeholders.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Business Development, Preferably In The Engineering Or Construction Industry.
