- Lead and manage a team of consultants to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of projects to clients.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with top-tier clients in the utility industry to drive business growth and foster long-term partnerships.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to secure new clients and projects.
- Monitor industry trends and market conditions to stay ahead of competition and identify potential areas for growth.
- Ensure the division's financial performance meets or exceeds targets by closely managing budgets and expenses.
