  1. Lead and manage the regional global practice for environmental services at Burns & McDonnell.
  2. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and achieve business goals for the environmental services practice.
  3. Foster a culture of environmental sustainability within the practice and promote this value to clients.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality, innovative solutions for clients.
  5. Oversee project management and ensure projects are completed within budget and on time.
  6. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including developing relationships with potential clients and partners.
  7. Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and best practices in environmental services.
  8. Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
  9. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety standards.
  10. Represent the firm at industry events and conferences to promote the environmental services practice and establish thought leadership.
  11. Monitor and manage the financial performance of the practice, including budgeting and forecasting.
  12. Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement long-term strategies for the environmental services practice.
  13. Use data and analytics to track and measure the success of the practice and make data-driven decisions.
  14. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior leadership.
  15. Drive a strong customer-centric approach, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Environmental Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Environmental Services, With At Least 5 Years In A Management Or Leadership Role.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Large, Complex Environmental Projects And Teams Across Multiple Locations.

  • Knowledge Of Global Environmental Regulations And Standards, As Well As Experience Working With International Clients And Stakeholders.

  • Strong Business Acumen And Strategic Thinking Skills, As Well As Excellent Communication And Leadership Abilities.
