  1. Develop and implement financial strategies and plans for the GFS division in alignment with the company's overall financial goals and objectives.
  2. Monitor and analyze financial performance and provide regular updates to senior management, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  3. Oversee the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for the GFS division, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and profitability, providing financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
  5. Lead the financial planning and analysis process, providing strategic guidance and support to department heads and project managers in setting and achieving financial targets.
  6. Manage and maintain financial controls and procedures, ensuring compliance with accounting and tax regulations.
  7. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in finance, and make recommendations for process improvements and enhancements to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  8. Manage and mentor a team of financial analysts, providing guidance and support in their professional development and ensuring the delivery of high-quality work.
  9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and financial institutions.
  10. Represent the GFS division in discussions and negotiations with senior management and external partners, advocating for the division's financial interests.
  11. Proactively identify and mitigate financial risks, and implement strategies to minimize their impact on the division's performance.
  12. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the GFS division, encouraging team members to think creatively and challenge the status quo.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Financial Management, Preferably In The Engineering Or Construction Industry

  • Strong Knowledge Of Gaap And Financial Reporting Standards

  • Experience With Project Financial Management And Cost Control

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Mentor A Team.
