  1. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost tracking for food and beverage projects.
  2. Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or delays, providing proactive solutions and recommendations to keep projects on track.
  3. Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure accurate and timely reporting of project status.
  4. Conduct regular project reviews and analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  5. Utilize project management software and tools to track and report project data.
  6. Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or issues that arise.
  7. Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials and services.
  8. Assist in the development of project proposals and bids, providing accurate cost estimates and project timelines.
  9. Stay current on industry standards and best practices for project controls and implement them into project management processes.
  10. Train and mentor junior project controls staff, providing guidance and support to promote their professional development.
  11. Maintain accurate and organized project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and other project-related documents.
  12. Adhere to company safety policies and procedures and promote a safe working environment for all team members.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve project controls processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  14. Represent the company in a professional manner, fostering positive relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Construction Management, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Project Controls Within The Food And Beverage Industry

  • Strong Understanding Of Project Management Principles And Methodologies

  • Proficiency In Project Management Software Such As Primavera P6 Or Microsoft Project

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams And Clients
