Job Description

The Accounting Operations Specialist performs weekly audits of restaurant revenue data ensuring accuracy prior to posting to the general ledger as well as reconciles credit cards and gift cards.

Audits restaurant sales ensuring data agrees to POS reports.
Reconciles credit card revenue using ReconNET.
Performs various Accounts Receivable tasks including cash application, credit memos and invoicing.
Fulfills gift cards including activating and devaluing gift cards.
Fulfills purchase orders from our 3rd party gift card distribution channels.
Records month end journal entries.
Performs account reconciliations.

Job Qualifications

Balance Sheet reconciliation experience
Minimum 3 years in Accounts Receivable and General Ledger
