  1. Provide exceptional customer service to all café visitors, creating a welcoming and inclusive environment.
  2. Utilize your knowledge of financial concepts to provide personalized coaching and education to customers.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their financial goals and provide tailored advice and resources.
  4. Collaborate with other team members to create and implement educational workshops and events for café visitors.
  5. Stay up-to-date on financial industry trends and developments to better assist customers.
  6. Act as a brand ambassador for Café Coach- Brickell at Capital One, promoting our services and values to customers.
  7. Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  8. Maintain a clean and organized café space, ensuring a comfortable and inviting atmosphere for customers.
  9. Assist in daily café operations, including cash handling, inventory management, and maintaining product displays.
  10. Continuously strive to make a positive impact on customers' financial lives and contribute to the overall success of the café.

Job Qualifications
