- Plan and execute engaging events and initiatives in the city to promote our brand and connect with our community.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative concepts and strategies for events and initiatives.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on city trends and culture to ensure events are relevant and impactful.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, organizations, and influencers to enhance our brand presence in the city.
- Monitor and analyze event performance metrics to continuously improve and enhance future events.
- Develop and manage event budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful execution.
- Act as a brand ambassador at events, representing Capital One's values and mission to customers and community members.
- Work closely with marketing and communications teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all events.
- Collaborate with customer service teams to gather feedback and insights from customers to inform future event planning.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously innovate and improve our city experiences.
- Manage event logistics such as venue selection, vendor coordination, and contract negotiations.
- Lead and mentor a team of event coordinators and volunteers to assist with event execution.
- Communicate event details and updates to internal stakeholders and external partners in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and safety regulations for events.
- Represent Capital One at networking events and conferences to build relationships and promote our city experiences.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Event Planning, Project Management, Or Customer Experience.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Work With Cross-Functional Teams, Stakeholders, And External Vendors.
Proven Track Record Of Creating And Executing Successful Events Or Experiences With Measurable Results.
Knowledge Of The Local Market And Ability To Identify And Leverage Key Partnerships And Venues To Enhance Customer Experience.
