4. Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, organizations, and influencers to enhance our brand presence in the city.
5. Monitor and analyze event performance metrics to continuously improve and enhance future events.
6. Develop and manage event budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful execution.
7. Act as a brand ambassador at events, representing Capital One's values and mission to customers and community members.
8. Work closely with marketing and communications teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all events.
9. Collaborate with customer service teams to gather feedback and insights from customers to inform future event planning.
10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously innovate and improve our city experiences.
11. Manage event logistics such as venue selection, vendor coordination, and contract negotiations.
12. Lead and mentor a team of event coordinators and volunteers to assist with event execution.
13. Communicate event details and updates to internal stakeholders and external partners in a timely and professional manner.
14. Ensure compliance with all legal and safety regulations for events.
15. Represent Capital One at networking events and conferences to build relationships and promote our city experiences.
