- Act as the primary point of contact for dealer partners, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in dealer partnerships.
- Analyze data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to achieve goals.
- Provide timely and accurate reporting to leadership on the status of dealer partnerships and initiatives.
- Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups with dealer partners to ensure their needs are met and issues are addressed in a timely manner.
- Develop and implement strategies to onboard new dealer partners and drive adoption of Capital One products and services.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions to identify potential growth opportunities for the company and its dealer partners.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Capital One, promoting the company's mission and values to dealer partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement training programs for dealer partners to ensure their success with Capital One products and services.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Sales Or Account Management.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Familiarity With Financial Services Industry And Dealer Management Systems.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Building Strong Relationships With Clients.
