In-Depth Knowledge Of Pci Dss Compliance: A Director Of Cybersecurity At Capital One Must Possess A Thorough Understanding Of The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (Pci Dss) And Its Requirements. This Includes Knowledge Of Data Encryption, Network Security, Access Controls, And Other Key Areas.
Experience In Managing Large-Scale Security Initiatives: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing Large-Scale Cybersecurity Projects, Particularly In The Payment Card Industry. This Includes Experience In Developing And Implementing Security Policies, Procedures, And Controls To Ensure Compliance With Industry Regulations.
