
Director, Learning - Leadership Culture & Development
In this role, you’ll lean into strategic problem solving while remaining agile in the face of change. Lead and develop a team of learning professionals to develop innovative learning solutions for all leaders that ties to our values, culture, and leadership expectations. Develop a multi-year and near-term strategy and roadmap for leadership development, from aspiring to executive leaders, that is supported by key partners. Create sustainable, well managed teams, programs and processes by applying disciplines in simplicity and scalability. Implement learning best practices and innovative, creative learning strategies. Devise and implement a clear and viable assessment model to measure results and return on investment in the short term and long term. Prioritize learning efforts and effectively allocate resources.
At least 3 years of experience in instructional design or learning experience design
Executive Coaching Certification
At least 5 years of experience leading and implementing learning strategies
