- Develop and implement risk management strategies for human resources in alignment with the overall company strategy.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and identify potential areas of vulnerability within the HR department.
- Provide guidance and support to HR team members on risk mitigation strategies and best practices.
- Monitor and analyze HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as legal and compliance, to identify and address potential risks.
- Conduct investigations into HR-related incidents and develop corrective action plans.
- Advise and train HR staff on risk management protocols and procedures.
- Review and update employee handbooks, employment contracts, and other HR documents to ensure they are in line with current risk management practices.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes in laws and regulations related to HR risk management.
- Work closely with senior leadership to provide regular updates and recommendations on HR risk management strategies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external risk management organizations and partners.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to HR risk management.
- Participate in company-wide risk management committees and initiatives.
- Continuously assess and improve HR risk management processes and procedures.
- Serve as a role model for ethical and responsible behavior in all HR activities.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Risk Management, Compliance, Or Hr Advisory Roles.
Knowledge Of Federal And State Employment Laws And Regulations.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Mitigate Potential Hr Risks.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Influence Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
