- Manage project timelines, resources, and budget to ensure successful project delivery.
- Stay updated on Workday updates and releases, and plan and execute system upgrades and enhancements.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Represent Capital One and the Lead Platform Engineer role in internal and external meetings and events.
- Adhere to all security and compliance policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, providing updates on project progress and identifying potential risks or issues.
Extensive Workday Experience: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience Working With Workday, With A Deep Understanding Of Its Core Functionality And Modules.
Strong Technical Skills: The Lead Platform Engineer Should Possess Strong Technical Skills, Including Experience With Languages Such As Java, Python, And Javascript, As Well As Proficiency In Web Development And Cloud Technologies.
Project Management Experience: This Role Will Involve Leading And Managing Cross-Functional Teams In The Implementation And Maintenance Of Workday Solutions, So The Candidate Should Have Strong Project Management Skills And Experience.
