- Oversee and manage the project management of the Business Cards and Payments department at Capital One.
- Develop and execute project plans, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Lead and motivate a team of project managers to achieve project objectives and deliver results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders at all levels, providing timely updates and recommendations for resolution.
- Conduct regular project reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
- Monitor and track project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation to ensure projects are completed within budget.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate effective project management and delivery.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and obstacles that may impact project timelines and deliverables.
- Continuously strive for process improvement and optimization to enhance project management efficiency and effectiveness.
- Coach and mentor project managers to promote professional growth and development within the team.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in project management to drive innovation and enhance project delivery.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Project Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Specifically In The Areas Of Business Cards And Payments.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Large, Complex Projects From Initiation To Completion.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Stakeholders.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Project Management Methodologies And Tools, Such As Agile Or Scrum, And Experience With Project Management Software.
