Manager, Solution Architect

You'll be part of the Retail Bank Tech Architecture Team team dedicated to supporting our delivery teams by driving domain target, leading trade-off analysis for hard to change decisions, and managing the current and target state for a portfolio of applications that run on existing and emerging technology platforms. Lead domain destination architecture design for applications in the consumer banking domains. Leading Trade-off and impact analysis work for hard to change technical decisions, and manage technical conflict. Develop patterns, best practices, or reference implementations via POC or research and promote these in broader communities. Advocating for and representing Retail Bank technology in the Architecture Review Boards, and various product, platform and architecture discussions. Defining, executing and continuously improving our internal architecture processes. Engage with other technology partners to further improve company common capabilities or to develop adoption strategies.
