Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Management professional to join our team at Capital One. As the Product Manager for Retargeting Integrations, Shopping, you will play a crucial role in driving our business forward by developing and implementing strategies for optimizing customer acquisition and retention through retargeting initiatives. This is a remote-eligible position, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance. In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead product vision and roadmap, and drive product development from conception to launch.   1. Develop and implement strategies for optimizing customer acquisition and retention through retargeting initiatives.
  2. Lead product vision and roadmap for Retargeting Integrations, Shopping, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and objectives.
  3. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to ensure successful product development from conception to launch.
  4. Conduct thorough market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation in the retargeting space.
  5. Collaborate with data and analytics teams to gather and analyze customer insights and feedback, and use this information to inform product decisions.
  6. Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, and post-launch product optimization.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners to ensure successful execution and adoption of retargeting initiatives.
  8. Monitor industry trends and market developments to identify potential new product opportunities.
  9. Continuously track and report on product performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvements and optimizations.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert on retargeting strategies and technologies, and provide guidance and training to internal teams.
  11. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop compelling messaging and positioning for retargeting products.
  12. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging trends in product management, and apply them to drive innovation and growth within the organization.
  13. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the product management team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Product Management Or Related Roles.

  • Strong Understanding Of Retargeting Integrations And Shopping Platforms, With Experience In Developing And Maintaining Partnerships.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching And Managing Products Or Features Within The E-Commerce Or Digital Advertising Industry.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Remotely And Effectively Manage Cross-Functional Teams.
