  1. Lead the development and launch of new features for the Airkey team, ensuring they align with the overall strategy and goals of Capital One.
  2. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to ensure timely and successful delivery of products.
  3. Conduct market research and gather feedback from customers to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement in the digital banking experience.
  4. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and industry trends to inform product decisions.
  5. Define product vision and roadmap, and effectively communicate this to stakeholders at all levels.
  6. Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features and establish project timelines.
  7. Create and maintain detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  8. Monitor and analyze product performance and key metrics to identify areas of improvement and drive growth.
  9. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact the success of the product.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and incorporate them into product development processes.
  11. Mentor and guide junior product team members to promote their growth and development.
  12. Communicate product updates, progress, and milestones to relevant teams and stakeholders.
  13. Champion a customer-centric approach in all product development efforts.
  14. Collaborate with other product managers across different teams to ensure consistency and alignment across all products.
  15. Continuously gather feedback and make data-driven decisions to improve the user experience.
