- Monitor and maintain critical production systems to ensure smooth and efficient operation
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions for system improvements and enhancements
- Conduct regular audits and performance testing to ensure system reliability and efficiency
- Act as a subject matter expert for production systems, providing guidance and support to team members and stakeholders
- Develop and maintain documentation for production systems, processes, and procedures
- Proactively identify potential issues and implement preventive measures
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including technical and non-technical individuals, to provide updates on system status and issue resolution
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and drive operational excellence
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, and incorporate new knowledge into daily tasks and responsibilities
- Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical production systems.
Extensive Experience In Production Support: This Role Requires A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Production Support, Preferably In A Large-Scale Enterprise Environment. Candidates Should Have A Strong Understanding Of It Operations And Support Processes.
Proficiency In Multiple Technologies And Platforms: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Diverse Technical Background With Experience In Various Operating Systems, Databases, Programming Languages, And Cloud Technologies. Knowledge Of Devops Principles And Tools Is Also Highly Valued.
Strong Problem-Solving Skills: As A Production Support Principal Associate, One Must Have Excellent Analytical And Troubleshooting Skills To Quickly Identify And Resolve Complex Technical Issues. The Ability To Work Under Pressure And Manage Time Effectively Is Crucial In This Role.
